February 08 – Trax adds Marketers Certification Accredidation

TrackResults now offers marketers the opportunity to display the “TrackResults Software Certified” statement to thier advertising, which ensures your sales center that they are experienced with our software, and qualified to immediately upload, manifest, and prefer to retrieve thier tour results from your TrackResults domain website. .
TrackResults provides a list of these “Certified” marketers to clients upon request and permits the use of our logo and company name in thier advertising. See our new ad in The Resort Trades.

January 2008- GSN using TrackResults in multiple Sales Centers

Starting the new year out right!
Setting up TrackResults for almost 100 new user accounts so far this week, GSN gets to milk the “NO PER-USER ACCT FEES” that Trax offers, and can provide compartmented access to reports to anyone in their organization from Basement to Penthouse. (unlike some of the competitors).
Neither TRS nor GSN staff had to leave the comforts of home to implement the web-based database and software, and all training is being done via live interactive webinars.

December 2007 – Styx River Resort on Trax

Styx River Resort chose TrackResults primarily to speed up their reporting process’s. Importing previous records from excel spreadsheets will give them a centralized database with online access to current marketing and sales data. TrackResults staff extends a warm welcome to Styx.( Did we mention that Styx Resort staff are VERY detail oriented? )

SYT , after changing hand to new ownership,has chosen to use TrackResults as its main reporting and rosource planning tool.

November 2007 – RDA co-ops TRS pricing for its members

The Resort Developers Association negotiated multi-resort pricing with TRS this month as an added benefit to its members.

The RDA is committed to promoting the industry for the benefit of its members and the public, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas important to the industry, setting ethical and operational standards, and otherwise providing for the growth, stability, and betterment of the industry

November 2007 – Mountain Lakes Resort contracts TrackResults

MLR fell in love with TrackResults the minute they saw it. ” Thats EXACTLY what we need”, said Jean. TrackResults especially thanks MLR for their constant enthusiasm thru the testing phase (which lasted hmmm.. only 20 minutes?)

October 11th, 2007 – GTG Arizona adds Trax – Goes green !

TrackResults and the GTG group setup Trax today. If you counted ALL the tour-generators,sales and administrative staff that eventually got a criteria specific report, almost 60 different staff members would have recieved one. That’s a lot of wasted paper, ink cartridges and energy, not to mention the man hours required for distribution and reprinting. Those days are gone for GTG. Trax delivers lower costs, higher effectiveness, and is environmentally friendly.

It is especially fun for us to watch them discover additional features come to life as they populate their database and run reports. Their team “runs” with it, and it hums alongside… WTG DM&CO!

October 9, 2007 – ITC puts TrackResults on their map !

ITC took TrackResults Software live today across the USA.

Says Kim G. ” We were soooooo ready and overdue for this, I feel such a relief”. ” We were building a program ourselves, but it’s so much more cost effective to use this already proven hosted solution and not have to worry about maintaining and supporting another IT project. In the end, it’s our clients who benefit the most”

Kim was exposed to TrackResults at her previous company, and could not find a cure, so she infected everybody with her enthusiasm at ITC as well. ITC manages tour solutions for dozens of vacation ownership companies in over 20 States.

October 2007 – Condo Travel Club says “Yes” to TRS for it’s California office

CTC closed with TrackResults this month, to implement our Sales Tracking software in its CA. sales center. By putting thier Sales track on TrackResults we now approach almost 1500 users on the software.

September 29, 2007 – TrackResults joins C.A.R.E for Vegas Conference

The C.A.R.E conference in Las Vegas was lots of fun, and a fantastic networking environment. TrackResults was a Marketplace exhibitor, and the response to our software product was extremely positive.

TRS would like to thank Debbie Westby for her ambassadorship, all the members of CARE that extended open arms, and all the CARE sponsers and committee members who contributed to making the fall C.A.R.E conference a hit, with comedy, dinners,education, motivation and performance seminars.
