The Inn Resorts join the TrackResults family!

The Inn Resorts have selected and are implementing TrackResults for its powerful sales activity tracking and analytical reporting. The Inn Resorts run one sales center and three check-in hotel properties all located in the beautiful “Golden Zone” in Mazatlán, Mexico. We are thrilled to have them on the team as they take on the expansion of the company’s vacation club led by recently appointed VP of Sales and Marketing, Juan Zamora.

Sunset Group adds Pender Module and Infinitee Travel Network Signs with TrackResults

Sunset Group is a premier developer in the Cancun area began using TrackResults in February 2017. As a result of their successful use of TrackResults over the course of the year, Sunset is expanding their use of analytics to include “Pender Efficiency Analytics.” This addition allows them to explore further their Pending business, and how to convert those to valid sales on a more consistent and profitable basis.

Based in Carlsbad California, Infinitee is a growing travel club that was finding their old solution was too cumbersome and didn’t meet Infinitee’s industry-specific needs and security to allow outside marketing companies the correct levels of controlled access to book tours for sales presentations. Infinitee Travel went live on the software within 3 days of licensing and is converting data from their previous systems.

Three new clients officially up and running on TrackResults Software

Three clients who recently signed new contracts with TrackResults Software have completed the implementation and training process and are actively engaging this powerful new tool.

Sunset Group went live on TrackResults with the completion of executive training in Cancun. Sunset’s data is uploaded to TrackResults every 2 hours enabling marketing executives to apply our unique style of analytics to their data. So far, executives have discovered gaps in their data capture as well as ways they have been looking at reports that aren’t following industry standards. This new information is allowing them to improve on their already stellar Sales & Marketing performance.

Costa Vida Resorts went live on TrackResults following training conducted by Jesus Betanzos in Puerto Vallarta this past week. They are using TrackResults to capture and run analytics on their in-house marketing, tours,  and sales. They are also using the custom dashboards for executive reporting. Hotel guest information is being imported from the Innsist Hotel PMS to enable the resort to identify true penetration and other performance metrics on in-house guest marketing programs.

Club Loco completed analytical reporting training on June 19th. They are now able to apply analytics to the data they are capturing on marketing and sales efforts at 4 boutique in-house sales operations. This training prompted additional analytical interests as they learned the power of analytics on in-house marketing efforts, as a result they upgraded to run in-house analytics as well.

CV Resorts is live on TrackResults!

CV Resorts went live on TrackResults in Puerto Vallarta this past week. Latin American Director of Business Development Jesus Betanzos performed the training personally. CV is using TrackResults to capture and run analytics on their in-house marketing, tours, sales, as well as using the custom dashboards for executive reporting. Hotel guest information is being imported from Innsist Hotel PMS to enable the resort to identify true penetration and other performance metrics on in-house guest marketing programs.

Global Connections of Overland Park, Kansas adds Dashboard Module to their TrackResults Analytics Toolkit.

Trackresults has added their newest custom dashboard functionality to longtime client, Global Connections’ analytics toolkit. This feature allows directors, managers, and team leaders to create a custom screen that displays exactly the data information they deem most important and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) referenced most frequently.

Steve Grecco, Global Connections Director of Sales & Marketing explained the importance of this feature to his operation:

“Sales is the lifeblood of the business, and as such deserves all the attention and focus I can give it. TrackResults allows this crucial department to identify issues and improve…which has a huge impact on a company’s ability to grow. Custom dashboards allow my Sales Managers to see red flags and identify trends that can hurt sales or identify opportunities that are otherwise missed. We intend to use this feature as a motivational tool throughout the sales department.”

TrackResults Dashboard module is designed to allow for graphic data visualization of multiple KPI’s on one screen. It allows users to create their own dashboards containing the information they deem vital to their operations as opposed forcing them to use a standard data set. This feature was built with the non-technical type of end user in mind, and does not require any IT expertise or support to design, modify, share, or configure.

Global Connections will be using custom dashboards in the corporate office as well as 19 sales locations nationwide for both new frontline member sales and their especially successful legacy member upgrades.
