    Use a 2nd TO on your closing Tables? Track your Sales Center “Triplers” VPG’s. Searchable and Reportable in all reports.
  • Redesigned “TourDisposition” Field
    Now you can Disposition Qualified tours at many levels as well as your NQ’s. If you pay different prices for different Qualifications of your tours, this feature is for you ! All Dispositions are Searchable and Reportableas Efficiency Reports. VPG by “Disposition”
  • New Search Capabilities and EFFICIENCY REPORTS in GROUPBY: MENU
    Run Efficiency reports on your clients / Tours groupedby City, State, Zipcode,or Country.
    Combine these criteria with specific agents to improve performance for certain demographics.
  • SEARCH by ” TOUR ID# ” Previuosly hidden TourID# ‘s are now displayed so you can reference a tour by ID# in addition to other criteria
  • Hidden “Sales Notes” Feature
    A perfect way for the sales dept to isolate CSR and CRM information from the Marketing depts, if you choose. Perfect for Sales centers using Third party Tour Generators. EXCLUSIVE to Trax: These notes are Searchable by wildcard strings, and you can even run efficiency reports using keywords.
  • ” CUSTOM ” Tour Status
    By popular demand, You can assign a Non-Calculated Tour Status to your tours. Non-Calculated means tours with this “custom: status will not effect your efficiency reports as a Q or NQ tour. Sales Volume is calculated into reports, without taking the hit for a Q / NQ. Examples of using this feature are “Be Backs”, “Upgrades”, “Downgrades” ,”Muliple contracts on a single tour”, Unique financing conditions”,or anything your organization wants to Track as a Tour Status without effecting your Qualified Tours status. This field can be Renamed by our sysadmins for you. Searchable and Reportable.
  • Track Multiple Campaigns from a Single Venue or Location.
    Picture this: You have 3 booths in the same convention hall offering three different Promotions. How do they compare? Marketers DROPPING MAIL?

    Each maildrop has its own campaign ID# for VPG reporting. Each Postcard design has it’s own Campaign ID#.
  • September 2009- Mayan Palace Resorts Rollsout Trax BI across Mexico

    Grupo Mayan ,soon to be known as Grupo Vidanta, the premier vacation club and the largest timeshare company in Mexico has rolled out TrackResults software Business Intelligence in 6 major resorts, including Cancun, Puerto Vallarta , Cabo, Mazatlan , Acapulco and Puerto Penasco. Following a 2 month test started in May 2009 in Cabo, commisioned by DL, the PD’s unanimously supported the Director of International Sales decision to bring us into all thier major plazas. We were so exited to prove the power of analytics that our software brings them. Thank to all of you, BE,KC,DL,JP,RT,GP,VD,AP,and the rest of you who took so many meetings with us.

    August 09 -Premium Destinations adds new sales centers on TrackResults

    Premium Destinations : An Ormand Beach based club selling Vacation ownership went live, flawlessly.

     

    July 2009 – Powerline Productions implements new upgrade: tracking campaigns !

    GTG additionally just started using trax to for Tracking of thier Exit sales depts. Way to Go champs.

    June 2009 – DirectResorts grows – adds 2 sales centers to Trax

    Operating Out of Orlando and Daytona, Norm was one of the first pioneers to use Trax in his other ventures. Good Luck Norm at your new developments. The Mgmt Team

    May ’09 – Los Cabos Timeshare Giant runs pilot test for 60 days -Successful

    This hugely succesful organization initiated a 60 day “trial and evaluation pilot test” and commited our product to their annual corporate meeting where they decided to install in 5 additional sales centers.

    May ’09 – Vacation Solutions adds new sales centers on TrackResults

    We love it when our clients expand and grow ! Vacation Solutions is now using TrackResults web-based reporting in all its sales centers.

    April 2009 – DirectResorts joins TrackResults

    Norm Jacobs, an early pioneer with the TrackResults system, from ” way back in the day” when he was running Reservation Services and generating tours, has opened his own sales center in Florida. go get ’em Norm !

    April 2009 – Vacation Clubs. joins TrackResults

    With TWO new centers on the East coast, Vacation Clubs inc rolls out Trax in both locations at once. Nice job team!

    April ’09 – Worldwide Vacations sales center is latest client to join TrackResults

    Based out of Tampa, FL. Worldwide has been around a longtime. TrackResults brings needed analytics to thier organization. They love us.
