Global Connections of Overland Park, Kansas adds Dashboard Module to their TrackResults Analytics Toolkit.

Trackresults has added their newest custom dashboard functionality to longtime client, Global Connections’ analytics toolkit. This feature allows directors, managers, and team leaders to create a custom screen that displays exactly the data information they deem most important and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) referenced most frequently.

Steve Grecco, Global Connections Director of Sales & Marketing explained the importance of this feature to his operation:

“Sales is the lifeblood of the business, and as such deserves all the attention and focus I can give it. TrackResults allows this crucial department to identify issues and improve…which has a huge impact on a company’s ability to grow. Custom dashboards allow my Sales Managers to see red flags and identify trends that can hurt sales or identify opportunities that are otherwise missed. We intend to use this feature as a motivational tool throughout the sales department.”

TrackResults Dashboard module is designed to allow for graphic data visualization of multiple KPI’s on one screen. It allows users to create their own dashboards containing the information they deem vital to their operations as opposed forcing them to use a standard data set. This feature was built with the non-technical type of end user in mind, and does not require any IT expertise or support to design, modify, share, or configure.

Global Connections will be using custom dashboards in the corporate office as well as 19 sales locations nationwide for both new frontline member sales and their especially successful legacy member upgrades.
