Global Connections of Overland Park, Kansas adds Dashboard Module to their TrackResults Analytics Toolkit.

Trackresults has added their newest custom dashboard functionality to longtime client, Global Connections’ analytics toolkit. This feature allows directors, managers, and team leaders to create a custom screen that displays exactly the data information they deem most important and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) referenced most frequently.

Steve Grecco, Global Connections Director of Sales & Marketing explained the importance of this feature to his operation:

“Sales is the lifeblood of the business, and as such deserves all the attention and focus I can give it. TrackResults allows this crucial department to identify issues and improve…which has a huge impact on a company’s ability to grow. Custom dashboards allow my Sales Managers to see red flags and identify trends that can hurt sales or identify opportunities that are otherwise missed. TrackResults Dashboard module is designed to allow for graphic data visualization of multiple KPI’s on one screen. This feature was built with the non-technical type of end user in mind, and does not require any IT expertise or support to design, modify, share, or configure.

New Orleans, Louisiana – The annual TrackResults Poker Tournament, concluded this past weekend, and successfully raised over $78,000. The net amount raised will be donated to Send Me on Vacation (SMOV). SMOV is an organization dedicated to sending Breast Cancer survivors and their families on much needed vacations; after undergoing strenuous cancer treatments. The tournament was held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, with the annual tournament coinciding with the timeshare industries largest event; the ARDA World Convention. “TrackResults has been instrumental in helping send dozens of survivors on vacation each year, their team is so dedicated to making this annual event a success, we are so thankful for their support” said Cathy Backus, SMOV’s board President.

The ARDA World Convention is held in different cities in the USA each year, and hosts thousands of timeshare industry professionals. This year’s conference was hosted in The Big Easy, New Orleans, LA, which offers a vibrant culture and scene that was truly the perfect gathering spot complimenting both the conference and the charity poker tournament. The convention serves as the perfect stage for this charity event. There was great energy and fun atmosphere at the conference, as friends and colleagues gathered and reminisced. TrackResults has conquered the longest-standing challenge in Timeshare sales. TrackResults now offers the ability to identify the rate at which pending sales come good, the metrics for successes and failures and ability to create a roadmap for minimizing fallout.

Typically sales managers report “pending sales”, and find themselves empty handed for metrics that assist them in making these deals “come good”, No current tools existed to optimize that effort and validate the reality between throwing numbers at the wall and creating strategies that help identify business rules for pending sales. TrackResults analytics allows you to compare the performance of pending sales by almost any measure; volume won or lost, ratio of losses to wins, all tied to specific criteria such as inventory type, deal size, client demographics, and count of days spent in pending status. Perhaps most importantly, this module measures how individual agents and VLO’s perform with these key criteria. These KPI’s allow a comparison of salespeople, closers, and customer demographics to provide a safer, more predictable way to create strategies to close pending sales.

Grupo Vidanta, arguably Mexico’s largest Timeshare company and Global Travel Network, a Global Connections Inc. travel club distributor, have both tested this module and recorded similar measurable success. Vidanta, with six major sales centers across Mexico has seen a 6 percent decrease in “lost” pending sales. Global Travel Network realized an 11% increase in “penders come good” using this module.
The bottom line is that this module provides lift in profits for the developer and most importantly benefits the customer by structuring the deal in a way that statistically provides a higher rate of “come goods”. .

TrackResults exceeds first quarter growth projections by mid-February

Salt Lake City, Utah

TrackResults announced today that new client acquisition goals for the first quarter of 2017 have been surpassed by 33% as of February 15th. New clients have been added in both the Timeshare and Travel Club verticals and is expected to contribute 14.5% growth to bottom line profits for the remaining three quarters of 2017.

Approximately 1,200 new sales agents’ performance will be monitored using the TrackResults platform and an immediate 19,000 additional tours will be manifested for these clients by the end of Q1, 2017. Most of the new sales activity for these clients will take place in Chicago, Hawaii, Cancun, and Orlando. Half of the new users have received remote training already and the other half will be trained on-site by TrackResults staff in the coming weeks.

TrackResults Vice President of Business Development, Ryan Williams has set aggressive sales goals for his team for the remainder of 2017; “Our expectation is nothing less than record growth for each quarter of this year. TrackResults recently completed a mass upgrade of 24 legacy clients. The upgrade was necessary to continue to support legacy installations on versions older than Version 27.
