Says “
I am going to go to ARDA this year, find my past associates and encourage them to start using this product immediately. I have been in the timeshare business over 15 years, as a sales manager, project director, marketer… I have used most other ” big guys” software products, yet never found anything that gives me exactly the information I needed until now.
I’m astounded that we had employees earning over $45,000 to generate database and spreadsheet reports, and TrackResults by far…does it better, faster, simpler and for a fraction of the cost.” I’m amazed. Any PD or developer out there not taking advantage of this product is losing money, and losing marketshare.”

” We are a small resort.  I have used TrackResults for about 3 years now. Analyzing tourflows by “day of week” comparitives and monthly comparative trending reports exposed me to operational flaws that we corrected, resulting in an immediate increase in a higher closing% of 4%.

That single decision to reassign tour allotments to different schedules. It might have taken a forensic accountant weeks to determine that TrackResults identified in 5 minutes.

That one decision alone increased revenues by an extra $40,000 per million in volume, without any increase on marketing cost per tour.  TrackResults allows me to use resources I already have… just put them to better use.   I save hundreds of hours annually on ” tedious administrative tasks” and I have yet to place a monetary value on that benefit.

Departmental / Business operations savings

  • Savings through improved application functionality, process improvement, automation and integration – TrackResults has never suffered form an incident of data loss or extended downtime. That means availability of our software is waiting for your people, not the other way around. Using our software will maximize your Sales and Marketing efficiencies, increasing revenue
  • Savings through higher worker productivity – Our Cloud solution is designed to scale to meet your computing demands, allocating more resources to your environment when you need it.

Capital savings: Software and Hardware

  • No need to purchase Infrastructure – Eliminates the need for Servers, test environments, Client Access Licenses, Citrix servers or VPN’s for remote access. TrackResults runs on your existing computers so the infrastructure is already there; all included in the monthly subscription fee.
  • No expenditures on hardware – Cloud / SaaS applications require no hardware, storage, backup or disaster recovery systems. This reduces costs associated with power or cooling systems, data centers and utility costs. Our platform lives in the Amazon EC2 Cloud providing superior backup, availability and scalability
  • No need to engage Professional Service, purchase third party tools and modules – Many SaaS applications don’t work for your business out of the box. TrackResults includes all the built-in or bundled functionality to address your Sales and Marketing efficiencies.
  • No software or hardware replacement down the road – SaaS eliminates ownership burden and the need to forecast expenses for the Software Lifecycle. Ongoing operation and maintenance, and upgrade / replacement costs for hardware and software and periodic upgrades are included.

IT operations savings

  • Reduced / eliminated spending on IT operations – There are no staffing costs or underlying infrastructure for deploying, operating and maintaining TrackResults. We take on all of the costs associated with running and maintaining the applications, the underlying software, infrastructure and the associated hardware.

Three of the most significant trends that came out of this year’s report are:
Cloud Computing is exploding !—44% indicated it is an executive priority.
Business continuity and disaster recovery ( BCDR ) are driving cloud growth with  5x additional growth in the next 18 months.
Hybrid solutions will be critical to migration—80% of respondents likely to consider cloud servers to replace physical servers.

In both 2009 and 2011 we asked what % of IT services would be

delivered through a cloud platform over the next 12 months.
There was significant growth in the 26-50%, 51-75%, and 75%+

categories. Specifically, in 2009 only 26% of companies felt that

25% or more of their IT services would be delivered from a cloud platform.

  • In 2011, that number jumped to 47%. This is indicative
of the number of companies deploying private clouds, adopting
public clouds and creating hybrid solutions

Read More        Hosting.com recently published a report on Best Practices and trends in Cloud Computing- 2011 comparing it to their 2009 report surveying over 500 top IT professionals  with “significant” planning responsibilities.

In general, disaster recovery refers to specific steps taken to resume operations in the aftermath of a catastrophic natural disaster or national emergency. In information technology, such steps may include restoring servers or mainframes with backups, re-establishing private branch exchanges (PBX) or provisioning local area networks (LANs) to meet immediate business needs.

business continuity describes the processes and procedures an organization must put in place to ensure that mission-critical functions can continue during and after a disaster. In this sense, the concept is interchangeable with disaster recovery plan (DRP). Business continuity, however, also addresses more comprehensive planning that focuses on long term or chronic challenges to organizational success.

No. You dont need an IT department to use our servers or services.  All you need is your standard internet browser on your desktop or laptop computer. business process or business method is a collection of related, structured activities or tasks that produce a specific service or product (serve a particular goal)

another definatiion applied may be :
a structured, measured set of activities designed to produce a specific output for a particular customer or market. It implies a strong emphasis on how work is done within an organization, in contrast to a product focus’s emphasis on what. A process is thus a specific ordering of work activities across time and space, with a beginning and an end, and clearly defined inputs and outputs: a structure for action. … Taking a process approach implies adopting the customer’s ( or marketplace)  point of view. Processes are the structure by which an organization does what is necessary to produce value for its customers.”
