” We are a small resort. I have used TrackResults for about 3 years now. Analyzing tourflows by “day of week” comparitives and monthly comparative trending reports exposed me to operational flaws that we corrected, resulting in an immediate increase in a higher closing% of 4%.
That single decision to reassign tour allotments to different schedules. It might have taken a forensic accountant weeks to determine that TrackResults identified in 5 minutes.
That one decision alone increased revenues by an extra $40,000 per million in volume, without any increase on marketing cost per tour. TrackResults allows me to use resources I already have… just put them to better use. I save hundreds of hours annually on ” tedious administrative tasks” and I have yet to place a monetary value on that benefit.

Aurion Marketing Solutions says” Trackresults by far does it better”
Says “
” I am going to go to ARDA this year, find my past associates and encourage them to start using this product immediately. I have been in the timeshare business over 15 years, as a sales manager, project director, marketer… I have used most other ” big guys” software products, yet never found anything that gives me exactly the information I needed until now.
I’m astounded that we had employees earning over $45,000 to generate database and spreadsheet reports, and TrackResults by far…does it better, faster, simpler and for a fraction of the cost.” I’m amazed. Any PD or developer out there not taking advantage of this product is losing money, and losing marketshare.”

500 top IT professionals surveyed
Three of the most significant trends that came out of this year’s report are:
Cloud Computing is exploding !—44% indicated it is an executive priority. Business continuity and disaster recovery ( BCDR ) are driving cloud growth with 5x additional growth in the next 18 months. Hybrid solutions will be critical to migration—80% of respondents likely to consider cloud servers to replace physical servers.
• In both 2009 and 2011 we asked what % of IT services would be
delivered through a cloud platform over the next 12 months.
There was significant growth in the 26-50%, 51-75%, and 75%+
categories. Specifically, in 2009 only 26% of companies felt that
25% or more of their IT services would be delivered from a cloud platform.
In 2011, that number jumped to 47%. This is indicative
of the number of companies deploying private clouds, adopting
public clouds and creating hybrid solutions

(BCDR) -Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
In general, disaster recovery refers to specific steps taken to resume operations in the aftermath of a catastrophic natural disaster or national emergency. In information technology, such steps may include restoring servers or mainframes with backups, re-establishing private branch exchanges (PBX) or provisioning local area networks (LANs) to meet immediate business needs.
business continuity describes the processes and procedures an organization must put in place to ensure that mission-critical functions can continue during and after a disaster. In this sense, the concept is interchangeable with disaster recovery plan (DRP). Business continuity, however, also addresses more comprehensive planning that focuses on long term or chronic challenges to organizational success.

BUSINESS PROCESS – a collection of related, structured activities or tasks that produce a specific goal.
A business process or business method is a collection of related, structured activities or tasks that produce a specific service or product (serve a particular goal)
another definatiion applied may be :
”a structured, measured set of activities designed to produce a specific output for a particular customer or market. It implies a strong emphasis on how work is done within an organization, in contrast to a product focus’s emphasis on what. A process is thus a specific ordering of work activities across time and space, with a beginning and an end, and clearly defined inputs and outputs: a structure for action. … Taking a process approach implies adopting the customer’s ( or marketplace) point of view. Processes are the structure by which an organization does what is necessary to produce value for its customers.”
