TrackResults Timeshare Business Intelligence Software upgrades twenty four legacy clients to the latest version of their award-winning platform.

TrackResults, the leading provider of Timeshare Sales and Marketing Business Intelligence software, has pushed a free upgrade to twenty four clients over the past two months. These clients are all small travel clubs and/or tour marketing companies who have used the TrackResults platform for several years. This upgrade allows TrackResults to include their data in our TRADE Index while protecting all personally identifiable or company information. For More information on the TRADE Index click here.

Advances in data technology as well as UI preference changes prompted an upgrade of legacy clients? The upgrade pushes them up to a version that is more secure, faster, and is based on newer technology that modified and improved TrackResults client support structure. The upgrade will improve the user experience for agents in over 75 sales centers in 24 different geographical regions.
TrackResults Product Manager, Skyler Bourne explained; “What clients sometimes don’t  recognize is that our upgrades usually include a lot more than what they can see, so they don’t always rush to utilize them. In reality, for every feature that you can see in a specific upgrade there are often two or three that are “invisible” that improve data security, transfer speeds, and analytics tools.”

TrackResults, the Timeshare Industry’s leading Business Intelligence Software announces speed increases of up to 75% platform-wide

TrackResults, the leading Business Intelligence Software platform for the timeshare industry has released upgrades to it’s core import functionality that have increased data upload speeds up to 75%. These improvements have been made to TractResults Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) connectors, which allow for direct data transfer from various resort software systems including TimeShareWare, SPI, Merlin, and various custom CRM such as SalesForce and dialer systems. The upgrades are part of TrackResults ongoing effort to minimize the time that massive data transfers require due to the sheer volume of information being moved. Clients transferring data through the TrackResults API will also see the same increase in upload speeds.

Ryan Williams, TrackResults VP of Business Development explained “The ETL already helps us standardize and clean data, which is already huge. Now, this speed increase in the ETL gives our clients almost real-time synchronization even if their CRM doesn’t export in real-time. All this without any effort or additional cost to our clients. This combination expands our clients competitive advantage over the competition.”

TrackResults’ ETL connectors facilitate the transfer and data hygiene of all data points related    to more than 550,000 tours each year. Improved data hygiene and increased speed ensure the reliability of the millions of reports run annually by TrackResults users.

Current clients will see no increase in fees for this improvement as part of TrackResults continued commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction.
“Our technology has always been designed to break the industry curve and innovate beyond what is currently available.  We are still the only business intelligence provider for sales and marketing in the industry. This improvement demonstrates our technical abilities in a way that we don’t often get to showcase.” remarked TrackResults founder, Sean Nickerson.

TrackResults Timeshare Business Intelligence Software introduces cancellation tracking and recovery features

TrackResults, the premier Business Intelligence Software for TimeShare Sales and Marketing teams, has answered a long-standing Timeshare Industry frustration by releasing a cancellation tracking and recovery feature that assists sales managers in identifying strategies that recover cancelled tours.

TrackResults addresses this frustration by adding the capabilities to track information on cancels that no other system on the market can. By utilizing TrackResults layered analytical views, follow-up strategies can be implemented that challenge the reason for each cancellation. Trends and patterns can also be identified that can influence scripts to preemptively address cancellations when setting appointments.

TrackResults tracks requests to cancel, reasons, VLO’s, locations, and dispositions. This information allows managers to see the cancellation process in real time. Tracking how cancelations as they are received, progress, and eventually are resolved, and by whom allows Sales Managers to tackle cancellations proactively as opposed to reactively, often doubling their effectiveness.

“Results have been amazing, surpassing even our highest expectations” explained TrackResults VP of Business Development, Ryan Williams. Clients using this functionality include Vida resorts, who have seen a reduction in cancellations from 16% to 8% and Global Travel Network, the operators of 3 of Global Connections 20 Sales Centers in the United States who have recorded a drop from 13% to 8%.

TrackResults clients have used this functionality to identify staff members that can specialize in addressing certain buying concerns and are better suited to save deals and strategically assign them based on customers reasons for cancelling.

Drew Reynolds, a TrackResults Founder explained: “Cancellations are a costly problem, all of the marketing budget has been spent and worse, a valuable appointment slot has been occupied. Losing the prospect at the last minute is unacceptable; you just HAVE to get them back.”

TrackResults has conquered the longest-standing challenge in Timeshare sales. TrackResults now offers the ability to identify the rate at which pending sales come good, the metrics for successes and failures and ability to create a roadmap for minimizing fallout.

Typically sales managers report “pending sales”, and find themselves empty handed for metrics that assist them in making these deals “come good”, No current tools existed to optimize that effort and validate the reality between throwing numbers at the wall and creating strategies that help identify business rules for pending sales. TrackResults analytics allows you to compare the performance of pending sales by almost any measure; volume won or lost, ratio of losses to wins, all tied to specific criteria such as inventory type, deal size, client demographics, and count of days spent in pending status. Perhaps most importantly, this module measures how individual agents and VLO’s perform with these key criteria. These KPI’s allow a comparison of salespeople, closers, and customer demographics to provide a safer, more predictable way to create strategies to close pending sales.

Ryan Williams, TrackResults Vice President of Business Development explained: “TrackResults client, Grupo Vidanta was already using tour and sales analytics and requested the ability to run similar analytics on pending sales in order to better capture profits from those deals by better tracking and follow-up”.

Todd, TrackResults founder stated: “The metric I found especially interesting was the average time to come good or fail” for certain types of pending sales which allowed sales agents and VLO’s to steer and frame the deal into a higher performance rate of  coming good.”

Grupo Vidanta, arguably Mexico’s largest Timeshare company and Global Travel Network, a Global Connections Inc. travel club distributor, have both tested this module and recorded similar measurable success. Vidanta, with six major sales centers across Mexico has seen a 6 percent decrease in “lost” pending sales. Global Travel Network realized an 11% increase in “penders come good” using this module.
The bottom line is that this module provides lift in profits for the developer and most importantly benefits the customer by structuring the deal in a way that statistically provides a higher rate of “come goods”. .

TrackResults, the Timeshare Industry’s leading Business Intelligence software provider will be an exhibitor at the largest gathering of Timeshare Industry professionals, the ARDA World Conference being held in New Orleans from March 26th through 30th this year. TrackResults will also be hosting their annual Charity Poker Tournament benefitting Send Me On Vacation on the evening of Sunday, March 26th at 8:00 PM as the kickoff event of the conference.

ARDA World is considered the “must attend” event of the year. Ryan Williams, TrackResults VP of business Development will appear on the panel “Data is Gold” as an expert in the value and usage of resort sales and marketing data.

TrackResults will also be showcasing several new features and improvements this year. Among the first-in-the-industry upgrades on display will be:

  • Incredible speed through connectors and the TrackResults API
  • The enhanced In-House Marketing module that measures and adapts to in-house guests while they are on property for maximum conversion wins.
  • The Pending Sales module features simple, configurable, and customizable benchmarks in order to improve the pender come good rate.

The high point of the event for TrackResults is the SendMeOnVacation.org Charity Poker Tournament. 2017 will be the fourth consecutive year that TrackResults has hosted this fundraiser, with over $100,000 already raised so far to send industry breast cancer survivors and their families on healing vacations.

TrackResults Co-Founder Drew Reynolds remarked “Developing new business and reconnecting with old friends is reason enough to attend ARDA World but nothing is as rewarding as seeing the industry come together for a good cause at our annual poker tournament fundraiser”.

The TrackResults team can be found in booth #18 in the exhibit hall. As always, look for the splashes of orange splattering the booth and it’s occupants.

TrackResults Launches new In-house Marketing Module

TrackResults, the timeshare Industry’s leading Business Intelligence software provider announced the launch of their In-house Marketing Module. This new functionality allows Sales and Marketing managers to capture and analyze the effectiveness of in-house marketing efforts in real time, while prospects are in-house. This new tool allows resorts to gauge the effectiveness of their marketing efforts to their most valuable prospects; the guests staying at the resort.

Implementation of this module disrupts the standard industry practices, allowing resorts to adapt their strategies and tactics based on current information as opposed to when monthly reports are released creating a more fluid sales environment that allows for adaptations while guests are still in house. The In-house Marketing Module has been installed and training is complete in seven locations throughout the US and Latin America.

Guest information can be imported from resort’s Property Management Systems (PMS) into TrackResults. Stages of the marketing funnel can then be updated as the guest travels down the sales path. This allows users to implement TrackResults on-the-fly reporting capabilities to calculate the key ratios of Leads to Appointments to Qualified Tours and create KPI’s that measure how effective their face-to-face efforts are with their on-site guests. The ability to sort these KPI’s by marketing source allows for marketing funds to be allocated where they are most effective.
